Been doing quite a lot tho. I made this.
It's my first shawl design so I'm just ever such a bit proud! It's called The Rockey Street Shawl and I'm in the process of writing up the pattern which I'll make available as a freebie on Ravelry. I may get a couple of test knits done beforehand so if you're interested in test knitting for me, please leave a comment and I'll contact you.
I've wanted to try my hand at designing a shawl for ages and I really enjoyed the process. It came out really well and I went a bit mad with pics ....
It's really snuggly and warm and I can see myself making another one soon but bigger. More beautiful woolly warmness.
Til soon.

The Rockey Street shawl is gorgeous! How straightforward is it to knit would you say? I'm certainly not good enough at knitting to offer to test-knit this but as and when the pattern is available I have to say I am sorely tempted to have a go at trying it. I adore the colour you've chosen too. I'm intrigued by it's name! Do explain! Yay for the season of shawls and wraps even though I hate the increasing cold and dark! Though of course you are about to shed woolly layers I guess - not that I'm yearning after sunshine or anything! Have a lovely week, Laura! E xx
